Booking a property is simple. You can start by booking a site visit or requesting a callback through our website. Once you select a unit, our sales team will guide you through the booking form and the initial booking amount. After the booking amount is received, an Allotment Letter is issued in your name confirming the unit.

Yes. We offer a flexible, construction-linked payment plan as well as a down-payment plan. The payment schedule is clearly mentioned in your agreement and is based on construction milestones. You may also choose a home loan from any bank or NBFC of your choice, and our team will assist you with the documentation.

The expected possession date is mentioned in your agreement and is also shown in the Possession & Document Status section. Possession is handed over once the construction is complete, the Occupancy Certificate is received, and all dues towards the property have been paid in full.

Yes. Our team assists you throughout the registration process, including preparation of the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and registration charges, and coordination with the Sub-Registrar Office. Registration is completed in the name of the buyer(s), and the registered document is handed over to you.

Maintenance charges are applicable from the date of the possession intimation. These charges cover common area upkeep, security, lifts, lighting, water supply, landscaping and other society amenities. The exact amount is shared at the time of possession and is collected by the society or the facility management team.

Yes, you can cancel your booking by submitting a written request. The refund is processed as per the cancellation clause mentioned in your agreement. In most cases, the booking amount is adjusted against cancellation charges, and the balance amount is refunded within a specified period from the date of the approved cancellation request.
